As a proud holder of the Qualmark accreditation, we adhere to Sustainable Tourism Business (STB) criteria, which are recognised by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) as being equivalent to their own GSTC Industry Criteria.
These criteria encompass five essential focus areas: health and safety, business systems, environment, people, and community and culture. To maintain our Qualmark rating, we have rigorous management and continuous improvement systems in place for each of these areas.
This ensures sustainability remains at the core of our operations, ensuring memorable, safe, and eco-friendly experiences for our guests.
